AI Video Production Process

This project was created using an AI-assisted video production workflow, combining source material, AI image generation, AI video generation, editing, compositing, and motion design into one polished cinematic montage.

The goal was to take the original visual references and expand them into a stronger, more cinematic sequence. Instead of treating the starting images as final assets, they were used as the creative foundation for the mood, composition, lighting, and overall direction of the piece.

Starting With Source Material

The process began with the original source images. These visuals helped define the atmosphere, subject direction, framing, and visual identity of the project.

At this stage, the focus was not only on what the original images showed, but on what they could become. They acted as references for building a more polished and cinematic final result.

AI Image Generation

After defining the visual direction, AI image generation models were used to create new cinematic visuals based on the original references.

This stage helped expand the project visually while keeping the same mood, style, and storytelling direction. The generated images were refined for stronger composition, better lighting, more visual consistency, and a more polished cinematic look.

AI Video Generation

Once the strongest generated images were selected, they were processed through AI video generation models to turn still visuals into moving cinematic shots.

This stage focused on creating natural camera movement, atmosphere, subtle motion, and shot continuity. The goal was not just to animate still images, but to create video shots that could work together as part of a complete sequence.

Editing, Compositing, and Final Montage

After the video shots were generated, the full sequence was edited and refined using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

This stage included selecting the strongest shots, improving pacing, designing transitions, enhancing motion, adjusting timing, refining colors, and combining everything into one polished final montage.

The final result is a cinematic AI-assisted video that blends AI image generation, AI video generation, professional editing, compositing, and motion design into a complete production workflow.
